A natural, large, round, rattan reed basket especially designed for proving dough and allowing it to rise in an airy environment. Simply flour the basket interior before use, then brush away residue after the dough has risen and been removed for baking. Suitable for loaves up to 1500g, it measures 25.5cm diameter. Also available in small round size and oval basket options, it may be used also for serving freshly baked bread.
