The Blade Refresher is a method of refreshing the edge on your Penny Shaver (or any other cartridge razor, really)
Heres how:
1. Place some shaving cream/soap/lather on the Blade refresher
2. Stroke the razor BACKWARDS (i.e. the opposite way of how you'd typically use the razor, you're not trying to cut the refresher!)on the lathered blade refresh 3-5 times.
3. Clean off, and use your razor with refreshed blade!

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
